Shipping Information

Once we have received your order, please allow us 1-2 working days to process your order. This will depend on how busy we are in terms of having a sale, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.

DELIVERY TIME starts from the time your order is picked up by the courier, and not from the time of placing the order.

If you miss your delivery, we will need to charge an additional fee of R110 to reschedule your delivery. Should you need to reschedule a delivery at this additional charge, please contact info@ellafayth.co.za.

Delivery Fees

  • For orders over R700, deliveries are FREE to all areas throughout South Africa.
  • Should your order qualify for FREE SHIPPING, by default, the method of shipping will be via The Courier Guy - door to door delivery. 
  • For orders under R700, a standard delivery fee of R110.00 will be charged.
  • Our cheaper delivery option uses Pudo Locker deliveries for R60.00.

Door To Door Delivery Time frames:

  • Delivery will take place during office hours (anywhere from 07h30 until 17h30)
  • Deliveries will not take place on weekends or public holidays.
  • Please note that during high volume periods such as having sales, Black Friday, Christmas, etc. Ella Fayth reserves the right to extend delivery time frames.

Pudo Delivery Time frames:

  • You will be notified as soon as your package has arrived at your nearest Pudo Locker. 
  • You can conveniently collect your order any time you wish, within 36 hours after your order has arrived in the locker.

HOW DOES PUDO DELIVERY WORK?

Pudo is a smart locker delivery system that is accessible 24 hours a day, so you can pick up your package when it suits you.

      1. The Courier picks your package up from us and delivers it to the Pudo locker or address of your choice. You will then be notified that your package has arrived in a locker.
      2. You will then need to pick your package up. To open the locker containing your package, you will need to enter the PIN code that was sent to you via SMS.
      3. If you don’t pick up your package within 36 hours following the notification with the PIN code, the package will be sent back to the closest Pudo Kiosk or Depot.
