Refund policy

Refund / Exchange Policy:

Please Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or items purchased during a promotional period. 

Items can be exchanged/returned within 7 days from purchase.

 
To request a return or exchange, please email us at returns@ellafayth.co.za including a valid reason for returning/exchanging the item as well as pictures of the item being returned (for quality inspection).


Once the return/exchange request has been approved, the customer will need to cover the costs of returning/exchanging their item (courier fee of R110.00). This will be communicated via email.


Once we have received the return/exchange item, it will be inspected for any damage. If inspection passes, we will only then send out the new item for the exchange.
  • Items can be returned back to us for store credit and not cash/card refund. Exchange items can be returned back to us for another item from our store (Item being exchanged must not have any damage/scratches)
  • Once assessed and approved, the store credit will then be issued to you, within 5 working days.
  • Store credit - this will be issued to you via email in the form of a unique code. This code can be used at checkout when purchasing a new product (store credit will be the same amount you purchased your returned item for - excluding shipping price)

* NO refunds are accepted upon a lost package. We are not and will not be held responsible for lost deliveries. Should you not have received your package and the courier receipt specifies that your package was delivered, kindly contact us on info@ellafayth.co.za or contact the courier directly on support@thecourierguy.co.za.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect) as well as a re-delivery fee.

**Please note that we do not refund the shipping amount (R110.00).


ELLA FAYTH DOES NOT ACCEPT RETUNS ON A CHANGE OF MIND, OR ON PURPOSELY DAMAGED ITEMS.

FAULTY ITEMS:
If you receive a faulty or damaged item/the item becomes faulty or damaged within 14 days of receiving the item, please contact us at info@ellafayth.co.za with a description and photo of the damage. 
The faulty/damaged items will be assessed and will provide our customer with the outcome. 

*GIFT CARDS cannot be returned/exchanged. GIFT CARDS can only be redeemed by the customer.
