Returns/Exchanges

How can I return/exchange something?

1. Send us an email on returns@ellafayth.co.za or send us a WhatsApp on 067 636 0451 with the details of the items being returned or exchanged.
2. Providing that the items have not been used or were not part of a promotional period, we will book the Courier Guy to collect the return/exchange items from you. 
3. You will receive an email with the return instructions and a tracking number for your return/exchange. 
4. Once the Courier Guy has delivered your return/exchange item/s back to us, the item/s will be inspected and ensured that it has not been damaged/used.
5.  Providing that the returned item/s have not been damaged/used, will send you an email with a unique code to the value of the item/s returned. This code can be used at checkout when purchasing your exchange items.

Note:

The customer is responsible for courier charges of the return/exchange. Ella Fayth will cover the costs of the collection, however, the customer will need to cover the costs (R110.00) for the re-delivery of their exchange items.
